システムメニュー3.4上で動く新しいDVDxインストーラーがリリースされました。ただ、Twiizersチームは製作も承認もしていません。

Modチップ付きWiiの場合、DVDxインストールの前にPatchMii coreをインストールしてください。

”Please note that this release was neither created or approved by Team Twiizers.”の一文が気にかかりますが、WiiBREWに記載されるくらいですから問題はないのでしょうね。

WiiのDVDドライブが無くても、さらに読み込み不可のディスクでもキズだらけのディスクでも問題ありません。理由はその全部が必要ないからなのです。

メイン基板とドライブ基板の間のフラットケーブルにかませる形みたいです。Wiiの分解は必要になります。必要なものがビニールテープと緩衝材付き両面テープ？これはすごい。
プレステ2でいうところのHDLの領域にいきなり飛び込みました。さすがにこれは驚きです。ユーザー数に比例してハッカーの多いWiiならではなのかもしれません。いや、びっくりです。ホントに。
